Bronto Integration


Bronto is a cloud-based marketing automation provider based marketing platform that allows retailers to run email marketing and cross-channel marketing campaigns, and you can now use it with your Spark Pay online store!

 

1. Set Up A New Mailing List With Bronto

To use Bronto mailing list, set up a new mailing list with the list type “Bronto” and provide your API key and select a list that you want customers to be able to subscribe to.

 

An API key can be generated under Home > Data Exchange > Add Access Token

 

 

 

 

2. Set Up A Mailing List In your Spark Pay online store.

Navigate to Marketing > Mailing Lists. Edit the mailing list and change it's list type to Bronto and hit save. It will then give you settings to enter your API token and select the Bronto list you wish to associate with your store.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Enable Bronto and Enter The API Token In your Spark Pay Online store.

To use Bronto to send order confirmation and Abandoned cart emails, you will need to enter the API Token and Message ID in your settings for Bronto under Tools > Apps & Addons -> Bronto.

 

 

3. Send Transaction Messages via Order Confirmation And Abandoned Cart Emails:

 

This step is optional for configuring your store to send order confirmation and abandoned cart emails. 

 

This can be found in Bronto under Content > Email Templates > Upload Template

 

 

 

Note: Message templates must be approved by Bronto before it can be used to send emails.
