Rule Engine - Customer Events

With the customer events in the Rule Engine you can set specific rules for when a customer's information changes, is removed, a new customer is created and you can tell it to have specific actions once this takes place.

First, navigate to Tools > Power Features > Rule Engine.

You will then see the section for "Customer Events".

Click New  to create a new rule.

Now from here if you want to set up your store in a way so that if a customer is deleted, logs in, data is changed, a new customer is created or you want a timed follow up to be triggered, you will find the following:

Conditions: This checks to see if the following conditions evaluate to true (meaning they are met).

You can select this to match [any] of the following or all.
