How do I resend an order confirmation email?

To resend an order confirmation email, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your control panel: https://www.americart.com/login.php
2. Navigate to "Reports > View Orders"
3. Click the magnifying glass icon next to the order that you'd like to resend.
4. On the next page, open the "Actions" menu, select "Send Email", then click either "Resend Confirmation Email to Merchant" or "Resend Confirmation Email to Customer"
