Wufoo makes it very easy to create forms for your website and manage the contacts/feedback from those forms. Creating a form is a matter of dragging and dropping the form elements into place complete with excellent validation and other themes.

Part 1 - WuFoo Side
1. Login to the Wufoo Form Manager ( Sign up for an Account if you don't have one.
2. Click New Form!
3. After you have created your form go back to the Form Manager, and click the "Code" button for the form you want to embed.
4. Select the "Embed Form Code" Option and then select the code for the "iframe Version"
Part 2 - The Spark Pay online store Side
1. Login to your Spark Pay online stores Admin Console.
2. Go to Content > Pages
3. Either Create a new Content page for the Contact Form or use your existing Contact Us page.
4. Find the Content Page you wish to edit. Click the Edit Content tab
5. You must be in HTML Code Mode and not WYSIWYG (Select "Switch to the Text Editor")
6. Paste the code that you got from WuFoo into the HTML of the page. (It will paste on to one long line and not wrap. This is ok.)
7. Save
8. View your page with the form! You're all done!
