How To Clear Server Side Cache When Changes Aren't Showing


When making changes to a store, you may need to clear the cache to render a fresh version of your store.

Follow these steps:

1) When you are logged into the back admin console, and view your store In Live Design Mode:

Navigate to Actions > Theme Edit and Click "Clear Server Side Cache"

And now you should see the most recent changes. You may also clear your browser cache or check the store in an incognito window to help see these changes if necessary.

Note: Theme modification involves any change to the default values in the HTML or CSS of any theme or widget. Support can direct you to the correct page to make changes or to reset the widget, page HTML or CSS to its default value. This will undo any customization that may be in place. Before you create or modify a theme using HTML and CSS it is suggested to have a backup handy.
