How to get UPS negotiated rates

Common Usage Issues and Errors:

When this feature is not properly configured (i.e. with invalid account information) it will cause the system to not return shipping rates.

This feature also requires the full address to return shipping rates. There are also some theme settings that are not compatible with this feature. The theme managers' shopping cart page will allow your cart to pull shipping rates by zip code or country. The theme settings will need to have all fields entered for the shopping cart shipping estimation.
