How to use the split order feature

The Split Order feature allows you to take a single order and separate the items to separate orders. To do so, follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to Orders > Orders.
2. Select the order you wish to split.
3. From the Actions menu, select Split Order.

1. The Split Order dialog will open. Select the items and quantity of those selected items you want to split to a new order. NOTE: You do need at least 2 items on the order in order to split it.
2. Taxes, Shipping Fees & Discounts will remain on the original order and may need to be adjusted. The new order will only have the items on it, however either order can be edited to re-pull these extra fees.
3. Select the Order Status of the new order and save to create the new order
