Spark Pay Online Stores now offers the feature to import and export Reward Points.
You can get here by going to Tools > Data Import
Then you will find the import for Reward Points.
Adding Reward Points to a customer's points can be added through the import by specifying the CustomerID, Points Earned, and Points Remaining fields in the import. The Points Remaining field is what is actually used to calculate reward point totals and are subtracted as the points are spent. The Note field is displayed both to you and the customer and is generally used to keep track of why the points were awarded.
You can also link gifted reward points to an order placed by the customer by specifying the OrderID.
Removing Reward Points from a Customer Points can be removed from a customer by following the same procedures as adding, and simply setting the PointsEarned and PointsRemaining field to a negative value. It's important to note that the PointsRemaining field is the one that is actually used to lower the Customer's total Reward Points. If this Reward Points entry is later deleted, the Customer's total will return to what it was before the negative points were added.
An additional 3 fields have been added to Customer Export: IsGuest, Pending Reward Points, and Active Reward Points. These fields cannot be imported.
