If you had PayPal Payments for standard PayPal before the update to the new admin, you will still have access to this under Tools>Apps & Add-Ons
Enter your PayPal e-mail address, choose the store to apply this method to and click save.
Any of the newer Spark Pay online stores will no longer have access to PayPal Payments Standard from the list of selected payment gateways as it has been integrated with PayPal's Standard,Advanced and Pro Offerings as a part of Paypal Express Checkout.
