Give your users a way to ask questions and get answers directly on your store!
The Question and Answer widget is here to help! There are a couple of different ways you can implement this onto your storefront.
Example
To show this in a product, you will need to navigate to Themes > Edit Theme
Then, navigate to Pages > Product Details.
Select "Add Widget" in the desired location you wish for this widget to show on the page.
You will then see the Question and Answer Widget. Hit "Add" to begin.
Now select "edit" to start making customizations.
You can then set it up to either require moderation of questions, number of questions you wish to display, and number of answers to display per question, and sort the order that the questions appear.
This widget can be enabled via merge code, meaning it can be be placed anywhere throughout the theme by copying and pasting the merge code in bold. This will need to be placed in either the settings or the HTML settings of the particular location you would like for this to display.
This is an example of it being viewed on the front end. It will prompt the customer to login to ask a question.
This is what it will appear like once a question has been received and an answer has been given. Keep in mind, this can be formatted as well to reflect the desired effect of the styling you wish for it to display.
