If you need to re-process a credit card, there is a way to do that!
- First, open your orders. You can do this by choosing Orders on the left pane, and then choosing orders under the options.
- From here, edit the order that needs to be reprocessed.
- Now scroll down, until you see the Payments section, and then click process by the credit card information.
