Using Monsoon Stone Edge with AmeriCart v2012

Important: These instructions only apply to Stone Edge version 5 and newer. If you're using an older version of Stone Edge, please contact AmeriCart support for instructions. Be sure to indicate which version of Stone Edge you're using.

Monsoon Stone Edge is a 3rd-party order management utility, formerly known as Stone Edge Order Manager. If you were using Stone Edge with an older version of AmeriCart, you'll have to reconfigure Stone Edge to work with AmeriCart v2012:

1. Click to save the Stone Edge conversion file to your computer
2. Open the conversion file in Notepad 
• Make sure that word-wrapping is disabled: Go to "Format > Word Wrap", and uncheck this option 
3. In Notepad, hit CTRL+A to highlight all of the text, then hit CTRL+C to copy it to your clipboard 
4. Open Stone Edge and press F11 to open the Access Database Window 
5. On the left-hand side of the page, click "Modules" 
6. Double click any module to open it in Visual Basic. 
7. Press CTRL+END to advance the cursor to the last line in the module (or scroll to the end) 
8. Make sure the cursor is on a blank line, then paste the code that you copied in step #2. 
9. Press CTRL+S to save the change. 
10. Place the cursor within the newly-pasted code and press the F5 Key to execute the code. Next, you'll be prompted for your AmeriCart account information: 
• Cart User Name: Your Cart ID (example: a-1234)
• Password: (the password that you use to log into your AmeriCart control panel) 
• Cart URL: https://<your store URL>/Store/Admin/WebServices/StoneEdge/seac_handler.ashx (example: https:/a1234.cartserver.com/Store/Admin/WebServices/StoneEdge/seac_handler.ashx)
• Store Code: All

You can now import AmeriCart v2012 orders into Stone Edge!
