What is Training?


In addition to our highly-skilled technical support services, Spark Pay also provides basic to advanced training opportunities that guide customers along a path to better understand the various and robust feature sets that are the foundation of our award winning e-commerce platform. Each training opportunity is a small investment towards a larger reward that allows a store owner to gain additional knowledge and skill level in navigating and utilizing their own e-commerce environment. Spending less time in the administration console provides for more time focused on what matters most….your customers!

 

Customized Curriculum - Each 60 minute training session is designed with the end-user in mind and is conducted by a knowledgeable and skilled agent that specializes in the advanced use of the Spark Pay online store platform. Throughout the training experience you can expect to receive a one-on-one interactive session that is tailored to meet a specific need from various areas of interest or training topics that pay particular attention to your immediate business needs.

Currently there are over 50 available training topics and assistance can be provided to tailor to your specific training needs. A full training topic list will be provided along with a training questionnaire that will be utilized to customize your training path.

 

Screen-share – Skype for Business is utilized to allow screen-sharing, providing an interactive training environment.

 

Guided Instruction Method – is ideal for learning from a hands-on approach. The trainer will guide you through each step while monitoring your progress to ensure that you have a solid understanding of how to complete the required functions. This method is recommended for an individual learner or can be applied with small groups.

 

Visual Instruction Method – is ideal for learners that learn best by observing a demonstration of available features or functionality. In this method the trainer will navigate your site while providing detailed explanation. This method can be conducted individually or presented to a larger audience.

 

Scheduled Time – Each customized training session will be scheduled in advance to provide you or your group a dedicated time-slot with one of our specialized training staff members.

 

Recorded Video – Prior to the start of the training session, you will be given an option to have your training session recorded. A copy of the training session will be provided for you to retain and utilize as needed and at NO additional cost.
