Q: How do I add new users to the control panel?

Q: How does a user reset their password?

A: Go to the login screen, /store/login, and click on the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the onscreen instructions.  Or another user with administrator privileges can go to People>Users and edit the user and just change their password and give it to them.

 

Q: How do I force a user (or all users) to reset their passwords?

A: Go to edit the user and select the 'force password reset' setting.

Q: How do I add to the user list I see on many screens, such as the salesperson dropdown or email from list?

Q: How do I show or hide credit card numbers from a user?

A: On user edit screen, there is a setting to hide or mask credit card numbers per user.

 

Q: How do I see what changes a user has made recently?
