Q: How does a user reset their password?
A: Go to the login screen, /store/login, and click on the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the onscreen instructions. Or another user with administrator privileges can go to People>Users and edit the user and just change their password and give it to them.
Q: How do I force a user (or all users) to reset their passwords?
A: Go to edit the user and select the 'force password reset' setting.
